I researched this dealership before going (Lasco Grand Mitsubishi) and took note of all of the bad reviews, but decided to give them a shot anyways. They had a car that I was extremely interested in. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Not even for the two free oil changes. If I never set foot in this dealership again, it will be too soon. My experience was awful from start to finish. The only good thing about this dealership is one salesman by the name of Tim. Our first salesmen lied to us about several things. When the gentleman took my car for a test drive to appraise it, he came into the drive too quickly and hit the curb. This left a HUGE crack in my rim and severely impacted my steering column. He failed to notify me of this as well. I am lucky to have noticed it before driving off the lot. He was extremely condescending saying that I must have summer tires because it isn’t very good in the snow, although I have never had an issue considering I put 4 brand new tires on it six months earlier. I decided to buy the car I was there looking at just to avoid dealing with all the issues that were created in the car I had driven there. The newer car had four bad tps sensors so I had it written into the purchase agreement to have them replaced. We went in the first time to have them replaced and when it was finished the guy came out and said “Idont know if he reset them or replaced them, but you’re good to go.” I knew I should have said something right then but decided as long as they were working it was alright. WRONG. Before I even arrived home one of them was out again. I called back and they said they have no record of what was done on my car because it is done by a third party..? So he would call me back once he had it figured out. Well, I had to call him back because I was never contacted. Turns out he only replaced one. So after waiting for him to call back and schedule it, we took the car in and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. TWO HOURS LATER we decided to go back and see if it was finished. My car was not in the shop at all. The poor guy was outside working on replacing the sensors. It was -4 degrees today. Any place that would let their third party work outside in that weather is questionable to me. I finally got my new sensors but I will NEVER go back to that place. I was lied to, my car was crashed, and every time they made me feel as if I was the one putting them out. Thank God for Tim or we would have left that place in the dust right after the first day working with them. The place is a joke. They will screw you over in a minute and not think twice about it. So disappointed in this experience. I understand that accidents happen but to not even tell me that you cracked my rim is ridiculous. There is no way he could have missed a crack like that if he ever even looked at it. AVOID AT ALL COST. BUYER BEWARE, my old 2010 Ford Fusion was placed onto the lot with a new rim within a couple of days. As I have seen many complaints about them not fixing vehicles, I would bet that it still has issues.
And for all the negative reviews you people have what's called buyers remorse! As far as I've seen the business ethics of these people is the finest I've seen in a very long time ! Especially a car dealership! Everyone I know who needs a car is getting a map to Lasco!
These people are outstanding I really didn't expect to be treated so we'll ! but I was treated like a friend wouldn't hesitate to go to these fine people again!
