Grand Blanc Toyota has great customer service! The service department fit me in their already busy Monday morning work schedule after I discovered my vehicle wouldn't start. I had it jump started by AAA and then drove to Grand Blanc Toyota. They thoroughly checked my vehicle out and replaced the 3 year old battery. I love this place to bring my car to be repaired. The staff treats you like royalty with all of there things they offer you to eat and drink while waiting for your car. I love just actually relaxing with a cup of kuereg coffee. My sister thinks I'm a spoiled brat because this is the place I always talk about and then compare other dealerships to it. So far, I have not found another dealership that is as nice as this one is and always have done me good. ..

The greeting, ease of appointment, reasonable cost of repairs and professional approach of the service advisors " especially Mike" all made a good impression on me.
