Great experience at this Kia location. Chelsea was helpful and accommodating, yet not pushy, and let me try several vehicles. I had just come from Randy Wise Hyundai, having walked around, looked at cars, spent time in the showroom, and not a single person said hello or spoke to me in over 15 minutes. I had intended to make a deal on a Hyundai Santa Fe. I left and came to Al Serra Kia and ended up purchasing a Sorento that very day. Randy Wise's loss, Al Serra's gain, all because of people, not the product. I'd be just as happy driving a Hyundai, but I refuse to buy from people who don't even acknowledge I exist. I recommend Al Serra Kia, the buying experience was pleasant and very relaxed.
