Called early last week, tried to book a cruise or vacation. No response from the female who took my call in over a week, called back to have her tell me " oh yea, I was going to call you today" But she had no info for me except, "Wells the price may have changed since I looked at it last week" Ummmm why not call me then? If she couldn't find time even before I started booking, not going to waste my time
Been using superior for my Travel needs for years and have nothing but pleasant experiences each and every time. Looking forward to my next vacation in October that I just booked through them. Keep up the good work!

I went to Superior Travel to look into booking a trip. I got there early and waited in the parking lot for my wife. Since she had never been there before I decided to walk up front to look for her coming down the road and wave her in.
After just a few moments I heard some yelling coming from somewhere but couldn't quite make out from where or from who it was emminating. It didn't take long to figure out that it was a very agitated man in a Cadillac wondering who the hell I was and why the hell I was standing in his parking lot!! My response to him was I was waiting for my wife and who the (expletive) was he! He informed me that he was the owner of the building and that I was to vacate his parking lot immediately! I asked if he was also the owner of the travel agency and he confirmed that he was. I thanked him for saving me the time and effort of spending another moment waiting for my wife to patronise his business, to which he said "we don't want your business anyway!" So for the many before me who have had a bad experience at Superior Travel on Hill Rd in Grand Blanc, MI, I can only say.... At least you got out of the parking lot and through the door before you were throughly treated rudley and dismissed! I did end up at Travel Brokers on Linden Rd in Flint and they were awesome!
Don't bother using this travel agency. I stopped in personally to give info on what I was looking for. They didn't call me. I decided to call them, giving them the benefit of doubt because perhaps they were very busy. She said she would get back with me soon and that she had several ideas. Well, I never heard from them at all!! Ever! I booked my trip myself online. Very unprofessional. I'm guessing they are only still in business because people who are unsure or newer travelers feel they need assistance. Trust yourself to book your own travel. This place is a waste of time. I also would be hesitant to use such unprofessional service when going out of the country.
This experiance was bad enough that I'm actually writing a rewiew. Superior Travel of Grand Blanc should not be used. I paid for the convenience of having a "professional" book a trip, and then had to go back and correct all of her errors. They messed up everything from passport numbers to the type of room we wanted. The lady that help me seemed like a nice person, but absolutely incompetent. I called Superior to voice my feelings and all I received was excuses.
