Not a bad store, about the same as every other PetSmart. BUT I have noticed that every time I go in there the line is 3-4 customers deep, and the cashier (yeah, usually one one register open) is lost in conversation with some person and their menagerie of animals. Part of this is the customer's fault, there seems to be an abundance of people with nothing to do that are taking some sort of field trip with their pets. But the cashier needs to move the line along instead of literally having a heart to heart with every customer. Consider paging one of the several employees wandering around the store seemingly not doing anything and open up a second register! Some of us just wanna buy a bag of food and leave so we are not late for work! 2 minutes to pick out item, 10 minutes hearing 5 people talk to the cashier about how precious little fluffy is. Every time.
The people are really helpful. They were able to answer any questions we had. The groomer was very nice and spoke nice about our dog.
We love this place and get all of our pet supplies here.
Place was clean, staff was friendly, wait time was slightly long, but wasn't too bad, and they had watch came for. Overall a good experience.
