Horrible, people do not regulate their dogs what so ever! Community let's people have their dogs out at 12:00am and bark and bark!! Seriously disrespectful and the managers do absolutely nothing about it! People letting their dogs off leash with NO owner present and random dogs pooping in everyone's yard! There should be fines for people letting their dogs alone outside for hours, off leash or pooping on others property! This has been a disgusting experience and I hope the community begins to make some serious movement on the rules and regulations of people's dogs.
Horrible place to live....way to pricey for this community. Moved in all low income families, way to many kids. Police constantly in the community. Dogs run loose regularly. Repairs have to be requested several times before any one show up to fix. They use 2 dollar parts to fix everything. So you have to call them every other month to come back. Used to be a senior citizen community, I feel really sorry for the people who moved in here when there were no children allowed and now all these low income families kids go to grand blanc schools without paying taxed like the rest of the district... Should be illegal to change from a senior citizen community to low income community.
