They gave me one of the slowest trucks I've ever drove. It could not do over 68mph. Then it's been a month and they still haven't returned my deposit to my account.

We made reservations 8-23-2017 for 8-24-2017. I called and confirmed our reservation and the gentleman confirmed our truck would be ready for pick up at our scheduled time. We scheduled a specific time because we were moving and were on a time crunch. I get a call at 8:55am on 8-24-2017 from the gentleman asking if we could come before or after our scheduled time because he had a doctors appointment. I told him sorry no we needed it at scheduled time (10am). He said he would try and work something out. 30 minutes go by and I still didn't hear from him so I called back and agreed to pick up the truck at 11:30 because I felt bad he needed to go to the doctors. At 11:30, the gentleman STILL was not there. Now we are an hour and a half behind schedule. I requested a discount for the inconvenience and he became very defensive saying "You've already got 20% off we don't just give away trucks for free!!" I told him I wasn't asking for free. You guys provide us a service and WE PAY YOU for the service, therefore it should be up to par with what your company represents, and unfortunately today it wasn't. The gentleman was extremely rude, very unorganized and unprofessional. The office was filthy and so were his manners. We did contact customer service and they promised a $25 refund for the inconvenience and we have yet to receive it!
I showed up at 8am to pick up truck. No one is here.
