Was told 15 mins for a pick up and took close to 45 mins for our food

Person who answered was tired perhaps because he wanted to finish his nightly dishes as a driver. But hey I understand I work at a cottage inn its all good. However if you refuse to change the name under my phone number, become impatient and mix up the street address, then not tell me my total on top of that is unacceptable. I do love the food but not the service sorry...
I have learned that the more specific I am with my order at this location, the more likely I will like my finished pizza. I don't want a really doughy pizza, so I ask for it a little crispy.
The flavored crust is always a nice touch. This location is decently reliable for the quoted carry out time.
