Great family owned company! I can't say enough great things about Marx Locksmith. I have an old desk and large filing cabinet in my office that I lost the keys for. I thought there was nothing that could be done. Marx stopped by, looked at the locks and had my new keys made in less than an hour!!! I will stopping by your office for a fire safe soon. I cannot say thank you enough to the team at Marx! I recently lost the keys to the U haul truck I had rented and needed help getting a new ignition key fast. When I called the gentleman who answered the phone was polite and understanding of my situation and verified he would be able to cut the key. After driving 20 minutes to the shop I arrived to find that the key had already been cut and was waiting for me to pickup. The prompt and courteous service was above and beyond what I have come to expect nowadays.
Mark arrived on time. He explained my options clearly and did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I was charged less than the estimate, and got an appointment the same day that I contacted him. I now have all new locks that work perfectly! Thank you!
