Love this library. The staff is friendly and helpful. On occation I need computer help and they are alwayd supportive.
Good selection of movies,books,and cds. Friendly staff
I do like the library itself, great books, relaxing setting. However, some of the staff need to learn true customer service. I spoke to a lady today by the name of Diane, it's not always about what you say. It's how you say it, and this woman was just flat out rude. All I askedo was about the charge of my late books, and this woman couldn't have been more ugly with the way she spoke to me. Probably will just go back to the flint library, they are so much nicer there!!

I love this library. I always request the books I want online, and there are multiple libraries in the network so they have a very wide selection. Once the book arrives, I get a text message/email, and I have a week to come pick it up. They are sometimes open late, and have a great selection of books and movies.
