My experience with this company was not favorable. The food is OK but the service at the Hartland store the the worst. I ordered a tuna sub with no tuna and the manager Kelly absolutely refused to make it my way. Then she threw me out of the store. When I wrote a letter to dortch enterprises they called me and said I'm sorry. Lori brown was her name. Nothing made me feel better about the bad experience. It made me feel like I was wasting my time complaining. I went back into that store a couple weeks later and the manager Kelly was still there working. She rang me up but didn't notice it was me because she never looked up or made eye contact. Rude. Anyway. How this company got 69 stores with help like that is beyond me.
