all i can is wow! The owner of this business has absolutely disgusted me! Greed will be the downfall of this establishment! I used to come here often to buy flowers for my wife and recently observed the saddest thing i have ever seen. I dont think the associate working or the customer in the store noticed when i walked in, they were in a very sweet yet private conversation about a grave coverlet for the customers deceased BABY :( I heard the man ask the associate if she remembered him and she replied "of course i do!" She then began to ask him how him and his family had been doing and seemed very concerned...The conversation got a little lower as he proceeded to tell her how beautiful everything was and how much he would love a coverlet for his baby girls grave, his concern however was the price...He was not able to afford a full price and even offered the associate free work just so he could place one of these beautiful woven coverlets on his daughters grave...The associate told him she wasnt able to make a decision like that so she would have to ask her boss, she took down the mans number and told him she would be in touch..I then saw her go to the back where "The Boss" must have been...A short few moments later i heard a loud Dont do that! and Im sick of being a charity case for these people!!!! I started to exit the store knowing how awkward this situation could be and as i was leaving i saw the most distraught and sadden expression on the associates face..As i walked to my car i saw the owner coming out of the store to her car, I then knew who was the person in the back raising their voice,I knew then the outcome of this situation, in the spirit of christmas, this is how we treat each other in the community!? When i got home i told my wife the story and asked her if we should go back up and speak to the associate and offer to pay for this young mans coverlet for his deceased baby girl, but when we arrive back the associate had already left...I was so upset by what i witnessed i told my wife we would be doing our business else where from here on out and that i would be posting this as well. Disappointed....
All I wanted was to set up an appointment, I was told with GB prom and Mothers Day I could not get in for a bridal consultation. Loss of money right there!
The grave blankets I ordered were simply beautiful! I have always purchased from them and I'm always highly satisfied. The flower bouquets they offer are gorgeous as well.

Great service. My parents went in and asked for a certain amount of money to spend on followers and type of occasion were attending. They gave us a nice set of pink and white flowers for my aunties new born baby girl. Thank you royal gardens.
