I just spoke with them on the phone, very knowledgeable, and polite. I didn't even spend a dime to receive excellent advice. For any problems i can not handle my self, i will be going here first.
He quoted us a 3-4 day job. 3 weeks later we had the computer back. They originally told us it was a bad hard drive. Then It was a bad motherboard. To make matters worse, for about two weeks we couldn't get in contact with this guy. Overall just a bad experience.
