Actually I was quite blown away by this Kohls. Frankly, it does not feel like you are in the area that you are. Most of the shopping in Genesse County/Flint area is pretty run down and even borderline depressing at times. This Kohls is well-stocked, the employees were friendly and it has a new/bright vibe inside. A nice respite from almost any other shopping destination within 35 miles.
Was the most easy store to move around in with a wheelchair. It was not in crowded in the isle.
Had an enjoyable shopping experience. Lots of cashiers. Couldn't find any clothes in a 5T though.
Excellent customer service. Friendly very helpful. Lots of sales people on floor to help.Exchange went smoothly even with adjustment. They honored price tag even without receipt because it was a gift.
Staff always pleasant... and really great deals.
