In the past, this location treated me great. With the latest experience, not so great: The rental was part of the dealership insurance that was repairing my vehicle. Upon getting there to get my vehicle, I get slapped with 50 dollar deductible, after that, got slapped with 36.00 insurance fee, which was to come out of the deductible and was told it would cover the duration of how long the dealership deemed that I needed the rental. However, after 4 days of rental, a different representative tried to charge me 4 days of insurance rental, even though the original rep was present and the new rep accused me of not understanding the original rep words of "The 36 dollars insurance fee will cover the duration of the rental, as long as you have it" and very demeaning about it and they still kept my refund of the 14.00 dollars that I was supposed to receive back from my deposit. Yeah, I know 14 bucks is not much, however, it is the general principle of it all.
I rented from enterprise last week and I received service that was above and beyond. My car was being fixed and the amount of time needed continued to grow. Enterprise allowed me to extend the dates that I needed the rental. Even though I arrived minutes before the closed, I was still given a lift to my apartment! In the future I will definitely use their services.
Love the fact they will pick you up and take you home. Prices very reasonable I would recommend them to anyone and I have recommended them to my lawn man.
I was very disappointed when the type of vehicle I reserved was NOT available, nor what I received. It was an automatic upgrade. My choices were either a Dodge Caravan or a huge Dodge Ram truck. Neither were even close to the Jeep Liberty I reserved. So I choose the Caravan and drove it home. It was so uncomfortable, even with leather seats. I kept sliding every time I came to a stop. And I had to make my own adjustment to the seat belt, which was very uncomfortable to drive. It just felt too big all around. I was not satisfied whatsoever. I waited an hour before calling Adam D. at Enterprise. I asked if a vehicle more similar to the Jeep had been turned in yet. Eventually I was told one just came in and that he'll bring it to me ASAP. And sure enough, a Jeep Liberty pulled into my driveway about 20 minutes later! On the phone, Adam said he wanted to make sure I was "completely" satisfied with the vehicle I had. I told him I wasn't even "com". I was VERY surprised with what Adam did. I did not expect him to bring me another vehicle. I have never received such great customer service anywhere before! I enjoyed my road trip very much with the Jeep Liberty and with Adam's great service. Keep up the great work Adam! And again, thank you.
If you don't have to go to the airport to rent, don't! This customer service at this place, and other non-airport Enterprise locations has been fantastic. They always give us a free car upgrade, we are in and out in a jiffy, and they don't try to sell us things we don't need. We have decided that whenever possible, we will use Uber to get away from the airport and go to a different Enterprise to rent our cars. This particular location I will be back to for both business and personal trips!
